 We are
delighted that the sale of our property has been achieved so quickly and
that the process has been so straightforward. We would like to thank
you for all your effort on our behalf for which we are very grateful.
I would enjoy coming to speak with you each year when I am on holiday to
discuss the market and out of interest look at available properties.
You may not have an expression in Spanish to describe it but in english
we would say it is a "busmans holiday". I will explain the expression
